Well equipped room for good price, there is A/C , fan, refrigerator, hairdryer, bathroom en suite, the distance from the beach is very short and on the other hand this hotel is located at the street with many shops and restaurants

Very clean and beautiful Guest house. Front desk and family are very friendly, polite and helpful. Staff carry luggage to your room, since no elevator. Close to shops and eating places. Beach is just behind the guest house 1 min walk. Wood furniture is new and decorative. Bathroom is modern and everything working well. Very good AC. Comfortable bed.

We stayed over New Year and location was great - set back from the beach but only a 30 second walk down a short lane. On the main road through Mirissa but we didn't have a road facing room so don't remember it being noisy. Lovely family who helped book whale tour and ongoing travel.
